Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

This policy explains how SLURP (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website. We are the data controller for the information you provide. If you have any questions, contact us at ronjanylanderearly@hotmail.com.

What we collect

When you submit a franchise enquiry through our website, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, location, budget range and any message you choose to send. We only ask for what we need to respond to your enquiry.

We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as which pages are viewed) to help us understand how the site is used. This data does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the details from your enquiry solely to respond to you and discuss the franchise opportunity. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you specifically ask us to.

Legal basis

We process franchise enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Anonymous usage data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third parties to run the site. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the anonymous, cookieless usage analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here. We do not share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting conversation, after which they are deleted.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and do not build a profile of you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at ronjanylanderearly@hotmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been handled improperly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
